This top.... words do not do it justice, neither do photos! I opened my packages and seriously beamed with excitement. The fun embroidery is so detailed (and thick!) it gives the shirt a high end feel which is amazing since it is under $25!!! Each time I have worn the shirt I received compliment after compliment, I am going to nickname it "the ego booster" and wear it on any day I feel down about myself.
On a side note, I am not sure what is going on with this weird purple line around my photos... please ignore! I am in the process of fixing it :)
I apologize, this blog post is a little delayed in the making. I was aiming to have it up last week but family came into town and time just ran away from me. But the good thing is, it's up now! I am LOVING this white on white look! It is fresh, clean, and allows you to play with different accessories, like these new earrings I recently snagged. I tend to find while browsing my closet that I gravitate towards neutral solid colors in clothing which can be a good thing if you like to style your clothes in multiple different ways. Today I chose to style my all white look with black accessories to give a chic black and white look while having just that little pop of blue in the tip of the shoes.

I bought this chambray crop last spring and I have seriously been wearing it all year long. You can see how I styled it last in this post, which was a little more dressy than todays look! The top is perfect for all occasions, and it is on clearance (I can't believe it!) for 10.90. Yes you read that right, 10.90!
Todays super casual summer look is in preparation for the Arizona weather climbing into the 90's and I am sure by next month 100 will be a daily occurrence! Question for you all: would you rather have super hot weather or super cold? I have battled this question for years!

We had the first day of rain in almost two month yesterday! And although it was amazing to have cooler weather it also made me cancel my photo session I had in the evening. I guess I needed a day to lounge in my pjs, snuggle with the pups, and catch up on some work. There is something about the rain that makes naps so much better!
Before the rain came we had a few hot summer days, in which I shot this spring inspired Hamptons look. I picked up this blue + white striped dress to wear to an event (which if you saw on snapchat: steshjordan, I photographed Jared Allen's retirement party last weekend! it was amazing!) the dress code was resort casual. While reaching for the perfect resort casual look, I walked into Old Navy and the dress was hanging right there on the mannequin. It grabbed my eye immediately. I thought not only would it be perfect for the event but also for all kinds of summer festivities. It is a little longer (comes to just above the knee) so for family bbq's or more formal evenings it can be dressed up or down. When I attended the party I paired the dress with these lace-up Steve Madden sandals I have been raving about in this post!
