keeping your engagement + wedding rings safe with Jewelry Mutual

We are coming up on our one year wedding anniversary (I can't believe how fast time is flying!) and I have learned a lot over these past few months. We have learned to respect one another, communicate more effectively, pull our own equal parts, and become a responsible unite. Being married has so many amazing components, but today I am excited to share how I have taken care of my most precious accessory (or accessories!) I have ever owned.

I shared in our engagement post a little about my engagement ring(s). I have never been able to picture one large engagement ring, I always had a love to the stacked look. I never in a million years thought I would receive more than one ring at a time, but Stephen surprised me with 3 diamond rings when he popped the question and then naturally I needed another wedding ring when we said 'I Do'. I know a little spoiled, you can read about the meaning of my rings in this post

Taking care of 4 stunning wedding rings was a responsibility I had to choice put to take on. These are not flimsy forever21 $4 rings, these are the real deal.  Thankfully I had Jewelry Mutual Insurance Company Cleaning and Care Guide to help me take the very best care and make sure they are safe at all times!

One of the first things after the engagement was to make sure the ring was insured. Obviously, that is important as anything can happen at any time to your diamonds. To me, it was also important that I have a way to clean my rings as I never want the diamonds to look dull. I follow Jewelry Mutuals comprehensive cleaning and care guide for my daily, weekly, and monthly to-dos!

Another worry I had was loosing these rings. I know, insurance right? But what does that really mean? We travel often and my biggest fear was having my rings stolen or lost, but I  dont want to not wear them! When I read that Jewelry Mutual has been exclusively been insuring solely jewelry for over 100 years my worries were at easy. They offer repair or replacement coverage which includes; loss, theft, damage, and mysterious disappearance and coverage you all over the world as your travel!!! Yes! That is what we need, I could not imaging spending out honeymoon constantly worried.

So many more amazing and helpful tips in Jewelry Mutuals Cleaning and Care Guide, I could go on forever. I can't stress enough how important of a responsibly taking care of your wedding and engagement rings are! They after all are your most important and meaning accessory!

I was selected for this opportunity as a member of CLEVER and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.

I was just thinking about this the other day when I realized that I'm terrible about taking care of my jewelry. Obviously wedding bands and engagement rings are the most important jewelry one could wear, so making sure they're clean and insured are so important. Thanks for sharing this!

I am so far away from having to keep an engagement ring safe (#single) but I definitely need to get better about cleaning my jewelry. My mom has a giant contraption that cleans hers, so I'll often take down a bunch of items to clean at once when I visit my parents.

I never clean my rings and always take them to the place that we purchased the rings. It is sometimes an inconvenience. I definitely need to clean the rings at home myself.

I am really OCD about keeping my rings clean and in good shape! After having it for 8 years, it is so worth it to stay on top of taking care of it!

Your rings are absolutely stunning! I didn't realize that there was specific insurance for wedding bands/engagement rings. Thank you so much for sharing! When I get to the point in my life where I need to insure my engagement rings, I will definitely check out Jewelry Mutual!
