Bubbly Tuesday!

Happy Bubbly Tuesday!

I am so ready for spring.  Arizona weather current is just beautiful,  (although my allergies are out of control) but the sun is shinning and freshness is filling the air. This past weekend seems to always be the kick off to spring in Phoenix.  The Wast Management Phoenix Open was all last week.  Sounds weird, a golf tournament to kick off the year? But yes, it is such an event here in Phoenix and boy is it fun! Then the super bowl was Sunday.. Go Giants? Sure why not! I usually cheer for west coast teams but I am happy for little Eli Manning and his team. How are all of you feeling about the win?

Today is going to be a relaxing day.  Since my motivational Pinterest post last week,  I have been back out there running!! It's been great. I found a blog the other week that at first gave me A TON of motivation to run harder, longer, faster.... but as I think of it and as I kept looking at the images on the site,  I started to think of it as border line promoting anorexia..... controversial thought? I guess my question to you all is how far can you push motivation to getting into shape before it becomes self esteem becomes a factor? Are women working out to be healthy or are they working out to be the next victoria secret super model?

Such pretty pictures! :) I love to run too. Thought just on my treadmill lately and more of a walk/jog combination too. *blush*

1. you are adorable.
2. I think a lot of those "motivational" blogs take it WAY too far. Not everyone has the right body type to get that thin and be healthy. Actually, let me change that to say that almost no one has that body type. It's ridiculous the lengths people are willing to go to just to be sticks. Nothin' wrong with bein' healthy, but at a point it quits being healthy and starts being obsessive.

How precious are you in this post!?!? Girl, I am giving you a virtual high five right now for running...I keep telling myself to hit the pavement, but I seem to always find an excuse...I have been on a 6 month exercise vacay...and it's time to get my booty in gear.

twin you look so pretty in your pictures! :] i miss you! hope you are having a good week.

& you know i think weight & images issue are always going to be a self esteem thing. every girl wants to be prettier than the next because that is how we have been raised. most girls strive to be beautiful on the outside but we are all made so differently. i think that if you stay positive and have the right goals and mentality it will be for the right reasons & boost your self esteem.

love you!

p.s. skype date ASAP.
