hello! How can it be Thursday already?! am I just sleeping through time because I feel like it is zooming by! I got the call from my new soon to be sister in law last night, I am in charge of all appetizers for Thanksgiving dinner.... inset freak out face! I guess now that I will officially be apart of the family time for my cooking initiation. SOOOOO if anyone has some delicious appetizers they know everyone will love please send them my way! I am open to any + all suggestions! 

By the way, I love this olive green shift dress from Nordstrom! It is suede, just like the boots! and I believe it come sin 4 different colors.  Also, these OTK boots were my favorite purchase last year and I found almost identical ones at Forever21(under $50) + Macy's (under $100). Good Morning + Happy Tuesday! I am going to keep this short and sweet for two main reasons. 

1. I got engaged on Saturday and have been on cloud 9 ever since! It was the best day of my life, you can see photos on my insta (@SteshaRose) so I may or may not be non stop looking at pinterest at wedding everything!! We are definitely in no rush to tie the knot but being a girl naturally I just want to look :)

2.  I am sicker than a dog right now. This cold came on last week and only seems to be getting worse and worse. In fact in my engagement video you can't even hear me speak because my voice is gone. literally gone! Stephen was pushing every drug in the book before Saturday and now I know why! Let me tell you celebrating with all my friends would have been much more enjoyable if I could tell the story instead of making Stephen repeat if 5 times! So I have desperately trying to sleep this cold off. If anyone has any secret remedy I would love to know!!

Happy Tuesday! Gosh can you already believe we are 10 days into November?! Who has started their christmas shopping yet? I am proud to say I am one of those people, yes I am about half way okay maybe not half way but I am a quarter of the way done. I will be making some wish lists, gift guides, and my favorite pj party collages later this week and next  to give you ideas of what I am liking this year!

On a style note, how much do you love this top? It is currently on sale for $10 and comes in 4 different colors!! It is a great layering piece for the colder states, and the perfect day top for us down here int he south who still have our day temperatures reaching 80. Also, as much as I love the Clare V.  leopard clutch my budget is saying not right now, so I found this very similar leopard clutch from Old Navy on sale for only $15!!

I am obsessed with these retro New Balance 501 shoes! I found them back in August + ordered them immediately! As soon as I opened the package I went running into the front room to show Stephen how fabulous my new fashion sport shoes were and this ladies, was his response...... "Stesha, I deal with the majority of the clothes you buy + wear, I don't always love them and most of the time I think they look like grandma clothes but these, these are not grandma, these are grandpa shoes! You are wearing grandpa shoes as fashion shoes?!" Talk about burst of my bubble! My solution, I pretend I can't hear his silly comments about my outfit (or my shoes!) therefor I dont get upset! My mom always told me, you can wear you want as long as you wear it with confidence! Oh how true was she!

How much do you love this 2-in-1 shirt? The best part is the exposed zipper at the back, which means it's not actually two shirts, its one shirt but has the illusion of 2! There is no constant pulling it down, no constant adjusting or feeling uncomfortable, yet it looks like you are all bundled up. And here in Arizona, that is the perfect look for these chilly mornings and hot afternoons!

Also, I love these pants from Loft! I actually bough the petite size instead of the regular because then I don't have to roll the cuff to fit above my booties! smart thinking right?!
