I am definitely one of those girls who swoon over pictures of amazing arm parties full of wonderful bracelets yet I can never seem to get mine just right. I want bracelets of good quality that won't tarnish or break or look super cheap, yet I am not in a place to spend too much $$ on it. Insert dilemma.
