You can use a low carb tortilla to make it really healthy. The only low carb tortilla brand I have found that doesn't taste like cardboard is Ole. I also like to use those for lunch and add a bit of mayo, bell peppers, cheese, turkey, lettuce, and tomato. Occasionally I use hummus.
