Happy Halloween! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend dressing up, we were lame in the house and didn't participate in any festivities, however we are taking the munchkin trick or treating this evening! And to me thats the best because I get to steal all the yummy candy that comes home! What did you all dress up as this year? I saw some pretty amazing costumes on Instagram over the weekend!

Let's talk about one of my favorite Fall outfits with this scarf that has been in my closet for a few years now. I see it every Fall when I change out my swim suits for hats + scarves (one day I will have a closet big enough for everything!) and think to myself, I sure love this scarf. I keep wondering when leopard will go 'out of style', is it still in? Am I the only one who's still obsessed? I was at Nordstrom last week looking at plaid scarves and new hats for this year when what do you know? Hanging in front of me were two different leopard scarf options. Ah, ha! It is not just me, the world is still all about the leopard. Thank goodness because I was getting worried.

I paired the scarf with this white tunic blouse which comes in 9 colors and is on sale for 33% off making it under $30. Score! As well as my favorite jeans you may have noticed I have been wearing in multiple posts. These denim are only $64, incredible soft, and fit perfect. They have a bit of stretch but don't over stretch so you can wear them multiple times and still look great. Having fall basic prices are is wonderful because it allows you to mix and match for different outfits while switching out accessories like the leopard scarf

how to stay organized when traveling

I am so excited because on Thursday I leave for Cabo to photograph my first tropical destination wedding! I have been waiting for this trip since I started my photography business and it is finally here. During my photography career I have been able to travel to many different destination locations but never to a tropical beach resort. Can't hardly wait!

Since I do travel often I have become a pro at how to pack, what to bring and more importantly what NOT to bring. The area I have been working on improving the most is how to pack my hair essentials. When I travel I bring everything because I never know what the weather might throw my direction, and using hotel hair products or appliances usually causes more damage than help. So, when THIS travel size chi hair tools set came from Beauty Bands I was over the moon excited!

The travel bag fits not only the tools but also ALL my hair products I take with me including my large can of hair spray! Before I used to have cans falling everywhere or thrown in random bags but now all my hair essentials go in one case, and then I will have second for make-up. Being organized really comes in handy when I arrive and unload everywhere.

This Blushing Pink travel case is onside currently for $99! I red the reviews, and I have also tried all of the tools out myself. The dryer and iron are just the same as my normal size tools, the curling iron is a small her

bell sleeves + great collars

jeans // top c/o Shein // booties (old - similar) // bag c/o Gigi NewYork // earrings (on sale for $20!) // bracelet c/o Olive + Piper // lips

Two colors I have always loved to mix is soft pink + grey. In fact when I used to think of my wedding, those two colors were going to be it! So when this soft pink bell sleeve top came in from Shein I knew right away I would be paring it with grey, just like this small crossbody. I love, and mean LOVE the sleeves on this top, the open cut bell is both unique and eye catching! Did I mention it is on sale for under $13? Crazy right? *sizing tip for when ordering from Shein, read the measurements, this is an small, and it fits great but if you wanted it a little looser then I would size up.

Make sure you are following along on snapchat today, I have a special project I am working on and will be sharing with you! Snapchat name: SteshJordan!

wrap around beauty

jeans // top // bag c/o Gigi New York // booties (old - similar) // necklace c/o BaubleBar // earrings //  bracelet c/o Olive + Piper // lips: liner in 'whirl' lipstick in 'brave'

I am so happy it is Monday, because for me it is usually my only day off each week. When I am not blogging, I am also a wedding and portrait photographer here in Arizona and the Autumn season is by far the busiest time of year for me. My weekends are full of Weddings + family photos from September through middle of December, and although most of the time I want to pull my hair out, I absolutely love my job!

Enough about that, lets talk about the gorgeous color of this wrap around long sleeve? I ordered it online a few weeks back and when it arrived I was born away by the how vibrant and pretty the color was. It is the perfect color and top for this season, and it is only $35 and comes in 3 other colors as well. Many of the reviews said it was low cut, however I ordered my regular size (small) and had no problem with the v-neck cut, so I would recommend ordering your regular size.

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, here is to making Monday + the last week in October (wow!) a great one!

ruffles

jeans // top // bag // shoes // sunglasses // choker // earrings // bracelet c/o Olive + Piper // lips: Brave by MAC

I have had this sweatshirt for about a month now and I wear it non stop. Sometimes when I find an item of clothing I love so much I actually wear it daily and forget to actually get it up on the blog.... (insert eye roll here!) Saying it is a sweatshirt is actuate but not totally, it feels more like a tick long sleeve top, so if you are looking for something to bundle up in to keep you nice and warm this is not it but if you are looking for a cute layering piece or a comfy top to lounge in I found your winner! I mean how cute are these ruffles? Best part, it is under $30!
