I'll Slink to that Chartreuse

Okay,  I know last week I promised you a snazzy pair of heels for week two of LuLu*s all day long, however I thought you would get a little more use out of this fabulous neon yellow maxi so I will save the heels for next week! When I came across this maxi at first I kinda just passed it by, but then I clicked back a page or two & just couldn't stop starting at it. It's simplicity is so elegant & the color is, although daring, so fun! I also was hesitant about the color for fall, I was looking for something darker but then I was putting all these outfits together in my mind and realized this color will do perfectly for fall.

I put together three outfits for an all day long look. Many states are still in a heat wave, so yes pumpkin spice is at Starbucks & football is about to start but that doesn't mean we need to layer up completely just yet!

If you are running around in the morning doing errands, where you don't really feel like getting ready yet you know that you should look presentable incase you run into someone you know? Yes those situations call for a little tie knot at the bottom, a pair of chucks & a necklace, throw on some sunnies so no one can see your sad attempt at half make up and you are good to go! A super comfy feel with the dress off the ground so if you are in a hurry there will be no tripping.

I threw on a white button up, belted it so I didn't look frumpy, and changed my shoes for sandals for a more casual put together look. If you are meeting clients for lunch (I do this about 3 times a week & always walk a thin line of looking stylish but also professional) this would be a great outfit.  Usually I am always on the run & no matter how hard I try to be on time I am always running late. So by going from running errands to meeting clients the change is quick & simple! *Key rule for meeting potential clients; you want to be taken seriously so dress just a little more mature (hum, covered up!) than you would if prancing around town.

The last look I have for you is a dinner date night! This dress is so elegant with heels it completely changes the look altogether. I have minimal jewels on & strappy nude sandals so the dress has its moment to shine.  If you are in a hurry to run get out & celebrate the new client you just landed, slick your hair back in a low pony & you are off.  I am sure your man will think you are just perfection!

Hope you enjoyed another round with my LuLu*s all day long series! Next week I promise I will have the sassy heels for ya!
